Ordering procedure:
1. Please submit a good size and very clear photo. The more detail in the face the better. The face
you would like drawn should be at least 2" on the photo and where the "whites" of the eyes are
clearly visible. Send a photo by email or by regular mail (visit contacts page for mailing address)
along with any special instructions. Remember, the detail of the final portrait is direct related to
the quality and focus of the photographs you submit.
2. Contact me by email or at (330) 243-2371 to discuss details of your desired portrait, and final
payment price.
3. Once the deposit is made (see payment options below), your portrait order will be scheduled
and an estimated completion date will be provided. My turn around time is approximately 2-3 weeks
but will ultimately depend on my current workload.
4. Upon completion, you will be sent a preview of your portrait via email. Your portrait will then be
sprayed with a fixative to prevent smudging before shipping. Any submitted photos will be
returned along with your portrait once the remaining balance is paid in full and then the sale is final.
